New Grandparents!
Ian and Theresa became proud grandparents in January. Another girl to add to the family! Hazel was born on January 15th, 6 lbs. 8 oz. , 20 minutes after arriving at the hospital. If Ian hasn’t shown you a photo of his little sweetie yet - he soon will!

Microsurgery at Okanagan Dentistry
At Okanagan Dentistry we recently purchased a surgical microscope. This will allow us to provide even better dental treatment in several areas, particularly root canal therapy. Dental work performed under a surgical microscope allows us to have “super hero” visibility to provide you with state of the art care! Certain treatments that we were not able to do previously due to inadequate visualization can now be performed in our office. If you have any questions about the microscope, please ask us at your next appointment!

We love learning!
An annual tradition in our office is for Drs. Ian, Evan, and their staff to attend the B.C. Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver every March. Dr. Kois, the mentor from Seattle who has taught Ian and Evan for years, was the keynote speaker. Of course our group was right at the front soaking up the latest on occlusion, crown & bridge, esthetics, bonding, and even which toothpastes are the best. We also listened to many other lectures on lasers, computers, implants, fluoride, and the newest in the world of dental hygiene.
